Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky terapeutického vztahu s dospívajícími, kteří mají potíže ve vztazích k autoritám. Motivem pro téma byla v praxi vnímaná náročnost situace, kdy dospívající, který se silně vymezuje vůči autoritám, které ho obklopují, je nedobrovolně přiveden do terapie, ve které jej čeká další autorita, a to terapeut. Ten má za této výchozí situace nelehký úkol navázat a udržet s tímto negativně nastaveným dospívajícím kvalitní terapeutický vztah, který je podmínkou úspěšné terapie. V teoretické části práce se autorka věnuje významu terapeutického vztahu v terapii, specifikům terapie a terapeutického vztahu s dětskými a dospívajícími klienty, třem konkrétním terapeutickým směrům, pracujícím s dětmi a dospívajícími a nakonec tématu vymezování se vůči autoritám v období dospívání a fenoménu autority v psychoterapii. Výzkumná část prezentuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, jehož respondenty byli právě psychoterapeuti se zkušenostmi s terapií dospívajících s potížemi ve vztazích k autoritám. Metodou sběru dat byl polostrukturovaný rozhovor, metodou analýzy zakotvená teorie. Výsledky výzkumu pak odhalily několik zajímavých fenoménů, jejichž rozkrytí může být nápomocné v praxi terapeutů, pracujících s touto cílovou skupinou.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with particularities of psychotherapeutic alliance with adolescents, who have troubles in relationships with authorities. Incentive for the subject was situation perceived in practise, when adolescent who is intensely defying authorities, which are around him, is involuntarily brought to psychotherapy, where another authority – psychotherapist - is awaiting him. In this state of affairs the psychotherapists has a difficult job establishing and holding the therapeutic alliance with such negatively exposed adolescent, which is a condition of successful therapy. In theoretic part of the thesis the author is pursuing the meaning of psychotherapeutic alliance for psychotherapy, particularities of therapy and alliance with children and adolescents, three psychotherapeutic approaches, which deal with children and adolescents, and in the end issues of defying the authorities in the period of adolescence and the phenomenon of authority in psychotherapy. Research part of the thesis presents outcomes of qualitative research, whose respondents were psychotherapists with experience in therapy of adolescents with troubles in relationships with authorities. The method of collecting data was half-structured interview, the method of data analysis was grounded theory. The outcomes of research have exposed some interesting phenomenons, whose uncovering could be helpful in practise of psychotherapists, who work with this target group.
