Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na definici, význam a třídění kompetencí jako součásti lidského kapitálu a dále pak na kompetenční modely a jejich zohledňování při výběru zaměstnanců. Popisuje možnosti výběru zaměstnanců a porovnává jejich využití za předpokladu, že se zaměstnavatel rozhodl pro výběr zaměstnanců i s ohledem na požadované kompetence pracovního místa. The diploma thesis aims at definition, importance and classification of competencies as a part of human capital and also at competency models and taking these into an account during employee selection process.
