Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the study of cell stiffness characterized by Young’s modulus of tumor cell line MCF7 using the AFM nanoindentation method. The effect of probe tip geometry and the relative force setpoint on the Young's modulus obtained was analyzed. Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá štúdiom tuhosti buniek charakterizovanej Youngovým modulom pružnosti nádorovej bunkovej línie MCF7 pomocou metódy AFM nanoindentácie. Bol analyzovaný vplyv geometrie hrotu próby a veľkosti maximálnej pôsobiacej sily v meraní na získané hodnoty Youngovho modulu pružnosti.
