Ventilation in residential buildings

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je obecné popsání moderních trendů v oblasti nuceného větrání obytných budov, problematiky spojené s nízkoenergetickými domy a větráním obecně. V teoretické části práce budou popsány základní normové požadavky na vnitřní prostředí budov a obecně budou popsány systémy větrání objektů. Dále se také tato práce zabývá jednotkami zpětného získávání tepla a jejich přednostmi a nedostatky. Poté budou popsány moderní trendy v oblasti nuceného větrání budov. V praktické části práce bude látka uplatněna na zpracování několika systémů větrání v novostavbě čtyřpodlažního bytového domu nacházejícího se v Teplicích a jejich porovnání. Při zpracování řešení budou kladeny nároky na normové požadavky vnitřního prostředí budov a ekonomické a ekologické důsledky zvolené varianty. Kvůli stále se zvyšujícím výdajům za energie je čím dál více nutné spotřebovanou energii co nejvíce využít při zachování kvalitního vnitřního prostředí, tudíž je zapotřebí neustále objekt vytápět a současně větrat. Neřízené větrání okny je možné, avšak silně neekonomické, tudíž je čím dál více využíváno větrání řízené. Selským rozumem lze snadno předpokládat, že větrání bude nejekonomičtější ve spojení se systémem zpětného získávání tepla. Moderní principy nelze paušalizovat na všechny typy staveb.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is a general description of modern trends in the field of compulsory ventilation of residential buildings. In the theoretical part of this thesis there are described basic norms for internal environment of buildings and systems of buildings ventilation in general. Furthermore, the thesis deals with units of back acquiring of heat and theirs advantages and disadvantages. Consequently, there are described modern trends in the field of compulsory ventilation of buildings. In the practical part, the above mentioned knowledge is used in several projects of ventilation systems in a new four floor residential building in Teplice and theirs comparison. Projects are created with accent to norms of internal environment of buildings, and economical and ecological consequences. Because of rising costs of energies, is necessary to use consumed energy as much as possible with condition of preservation of quality internal environment. Therefore is necessary to ventilate and to heat the building at the same time. Uncontrolled ventilation by windows is possible, however highly uneconomical and therefore controlled ventilation is used more and more. By a common sense, it is easy to suppose, that ventilation is going to be more economical in connection with system of back acquiring of heat. Modern principles can not be generalised for all kinds of buildings.
