Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem koluzní vazby v platném právní řádu. Za cíl si klade proniknutí do stávající právní úpravy, tedy jakýsi pohled na to, jakým způsobem je v tuzemském právním řádu upraven institut vazby a rovněž určitý nástin problematických aspektů tohoto institutu. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of collusion in the valid rule of law. The aim is to get into the existing legal regulation and description of problematic aspects of this institute.
