Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu příkazu a příkaznímu řízení o přestupku na místě. Zaměřena je zejména na řešení přestupků formou ukládání pokut příkazem na místě a problémy s tím spojené. V diplomové práci jsou zmíněna nejčastější pochybení při využití uvedených institutů a možnost opravných prostředků proti nim.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the order and the order of the offense on the spot. In particular, it focuses on dealing with misdemeanors by imposing fines on the spot and problems associated with it. The most frequent mistakes in using these institutes and the possibility of remedies against them are mentioned in the thesis.
