Implementation of Changes in a selected Non-Profit Organization

Abstract:

Tato závěrečná práce ověřuje, jakým způsobem se zavádění změn ve vybrané neziskové organizace liší od teoretických podkladů a zdali lze tyto případné rozdíly odůvodnit a obhájit strukturou a postavením organizace na trhu. Výsledky výzkumu vycházejí z analýzy dostupných dat a dokumentů společnosti, dotazníkového šetření a řízeného rozhovoru. Na základě poznatků těchto analýz dochází ke srovnání procesu zavádění změn ve vybrané společnosti z teoretickými modely zavádění změn Kurta Lewina a posléze Johna P. Kottera. Z výzkumu vyšlo najevo, že se proces zavádění změn ve společnosti s teoretickými modely neliší a že by případné rozdíly se strukturou a postavením společnosti na trhu nesouvisely.

Abstract:

This thesis analyses how the implementation of changes in a selected non-profit organization differs from theoretical sources and whether these possible differences can be justified and defended by the structure and position of the organization on the market. The results of the research are based on an analysis of available data and company documents, a questionnaire survey and a guided interview. Based on the findings of these analyzes, the process of implementing change in the selected organization is compared with the theoretical models of implementing change by Kurt Lewin and John P. Kotter. The research revealed that the process of introducing changes in the organization does not differ with the theoretical models and that any differences would not be related to the company's structure and position on the market.
