První z cílů bakalářské práce je seznámení s problematikou bezpečností potravin v České republice, například jaké jsou normy pro potraviny, které k nám proudí z jiných zemí, aby měli tu správnou kvalitu, nebo jaké jsou hygienické normy pro restaurační provoz. The first objective of this thesis is to introduce the issue of food safety in the Czech Republic, for example what are the standards for food stuffs that flow from other countries to us to have the right quality or what are the hygienic standards for restaurant operations.
