The effect on highway constructions on the development of Zlin region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku výstavby rychlostních komunikací ve Zlín-ském kraji. Zabývám se v ní zejména uvedením dopadů této výstavby na rozvoj kraje. Předmětem teoretické části je vymezení cílů diplomové práce a metod, použitých k jejich dosažení. Dále je to historický pohled Jana Antonína Bati na tehdejší plánovanou výstavbu magistrály v Československu, přehled základních pojmů a legislativy v oblasti dopravy. Závěr teoretické části věnuji financování dopravní infrastruktury a jeho následnému zhodnocení. Praktická část je věnována především výstavbě rychlostních komunikací R49 a R55. Zahrnuje socioekonomickou analýzu Zlínského kraje a jeho strategické dokumenty. Dále se soustředí na silniční dopravní infrastrukturu v kraji a s tím také spojenou výstavbu rychlostních komunikací. Dopady této výstavby a jejich zhodnocení uvádím v realizaci praktické části práce, z níž vycházím také ve SWOT analýze. V závěrečné části jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení a zkvalitnění silniční dopravní infrastruktury ve Zlínském kraji.

Abstract:

This diploma work focuses on the issues of motorway construction in the Zlín Region. I especially deal with the impact of motorway construction on the development of the region. The theoretical part defines the objectives of the diploma work and the methods that are utilized to achieve them. Further, I have included the original infrastructure design of Jan Antonín Baťa and summary of basic trasport terminology and legislation. The reminder of the theoretical part is devoted to financing possibilities. The practical part deals especially with the construction of the R49 and R55 motorways. It contains a socio ? economic analysis of the Zlín Region and its strategic documents. It further focuses on the road infrastructure in the Region and motorway construction as integral aspect of planning. The impact of motorway construction is dealt with in the practical part and is also used as the basis for a SWOT analysis. The final charter offers proposals for the iprovement of road infrastructure in the Zlín Region.
