Abstract:
Tématem mé práce je ochrana osobnosti, především z hlediska občanského zákoníku. Cílem práce je porovnat starý a nový občanský zákoník na ochranu osobnosti. Dále uvést, kde bychom mohli najít další zákony nebo právní úpravy ochrany. A také vysvětlit, co vůbec pojem osobnost a ochrana znamenají.Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is”The protection of personality”, mostly based on the Civil Code document. The aim of my thesis is to compare the old and the new Civil Code with focus on the protection of personality.
