Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nebezpečného pronásledování. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy spojené s touto problematikou a s ní související legislativou. Praktická část si klade za cíl zjistit prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu, zda je v trestním zákoníku dostatečně vymezena hranice pro rozpoznání nebezpečného pronásle-dování. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic ?Stalking from the point of view of police practice?. A theoretical part explains expressions connected to this issue and related legislation.
