Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na právo na poskytování informací, v režimu zákona č. 106/1999 Sb. Zabývá se právním zakotvením práva a jeho rozborem. V rámci bakalářské práce bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření v okrese Praha-východ. Na jeho základě byl zjištěn stav dodržování právní úpravy zákona č. 106/1999 Sb. Bachelor thesis is focused on the right to information under the Act no. 106/1999. The bachelor thesis deals with the anchorage of the right in law system and its analysis. A questionnaire survey was realized as part of the bachelor thesis in the district of Prague-East.
