Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fyzických trestů ve výchově. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části je, na základě analýzy odborných zdrojů, popsat, co jsou fyzické tresty, jak se mohou projevovat jako výchovné prostředky, jaké je jejich zakotvení v legislativě a historickém kontextu. Součástí teoretické části práce je také popis žen s nízkým vzděláním a ohrožených chudobou a rizika používání fyzických trestů ve výchově. Praktická část je realizována jako kvalitativní výzkum. Metodou sběru dat byly hloubkové rozhovory s ženami s nízkým vzděláním ohroženými chudobou doplněné o pozorování v rodině. Hlavním cílem praktické části je, na základě analýzy rozhovorů, popsat a zjistit zkušenosti matek minimálně dvou dětí (se základním vzděláním, ohrožených chudobou) s fyzickými tresty z primární rodiny a jejich názory na uplatňování fyzických trestů ve vlastní výchově. Analýza proběhla prostřednictvím otevřeného kódování. Na základě výsledků se ukázal u tří ze čtyř respondentek transgenerační přenos v oblasti používání fyzických trestů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of corporal punishment in education. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is based on the analysis of professional sources to describe what are physical punishments, how they can manifest themselves as educational tools, what is their anchoring in legislation and historical context. Part of the theoretical part of the work is also a description of women with low education and at risk of poverty and the risk of using corporal punishment in education. The practical part is realized as a qualitative research. The method of data collection was in-depth interviews with women with low education at risk of poverty, supplemented by observations in the family. The main goal of the practical part is based on the analysis of interviews, describe and find out the experience of mothers of at least two children (with basic education, at risk of poverty) with corporal punishment from the primary family and their views on the application of corporal punishment in their own upbringing. The analysis was performed by open coding. Based on the results, three out of four respondents showed transgenerational transmission in the area of the use of corporal punishment.
