Abstract:
Disertační práce se věnuje z mezioborové perspektivy fotografie a autorského práva hraničnímu tématu umělecké strategie apropriace (angl. appropriation art). V českém umělecko - vědeckém prostředí též nazývanému jako přivlastněné umění. Předmětem výzkumu je hledání odpovědi na otázku: V jakých případech může směřovat apropriace cizího fotografického díla k synergii a kdy již ke kolizi?
Abstract:
The dissertation deals with the marginal topic of appropriation art from the interdisciplinary perspective of photography and copyright. In the Czech artistic-scientific environment, this phenomenon is called přivlastněné umění.
