Tato práce je zaměřena především na smlouvy o dílo ve výstavbě. Podává snadno pochopitelný výklad úpravy smlouvy o dílo v obchodním zákoníku, a to především realizace díla, dodavatelských systémů systémy, kontroly, zkoušek, splnění a předání díla. This work is focused on work contracts within the construction. I focused, in accordance with the objective of my work, on realisation of work, supply systems, controlling, testing, completion and acceptance of the work.
