Monitoring of the effect of chemotherapy on hematological malignancies in real time

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou hemato-onkologických malignit, které představující širokou skupinu onemocnění postihující kostní dřeň a lymfatické uzliny. Cílem práce byla identifikace vhodného typu a koncentrace chemoterapie pro navazující experimenty s kombinovanou imunoterapií NK buňkami. Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with haemato-oncological malignancies that represent a wide range of diseases that affect bone marrow and lymph nodes. The aim of the study was to identify the appropriate type and concentration for follow-up experiments use in subsequent combination immunotherapy with NK cells. This combination could result in fewer chemotherapy doses and thus less risk of side effects. …more
