Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku provádění soudních exekucí podle Exekučního řádu zákona č. 120/2001 Sb. (dále jen EŘ). Objasňuje význam EŘ, předkládá orientaci v problematice celého exekučního řízení a částečné spojitosti s Občanským soudním řádem zákona č. 99/1963 Sb. (dále jen OSŘ). Bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of judicial executions under the Execution Code No. 120/2001 Coll. It explains the significance of Execution Code, gives the orientation in problem of the whole execution proceeding and partial clarification of conjunction with the Civil Procedure Code No. 99/1963 Coll.
