Distribution of Pharmaceuticals

Abstract:

Tato práce znázorňuje vybrané části distribučního řetězce v oblasti farmaceutické společnosti z pohledu manipulačních činností důležitých pro přepravu náchylného zboží. Tyto činnosti byly zkoumány brainstormingem a hodnoceny metodou PERT. V práci je využit vývojový diagram činností s cílem vyhledat všechna úskalí těchto postupných kroků pro celkový distribuční proces. Ověřuje, zda je zde možnost snížit počet úkonů a tím i celkovou dobu řetězce ke splnění úkolů. Výsledkem řešení diplomové práce je návrh distribuce konkrétního logistického řetězce, který spočívá v upravení postupných kroků v distribučním řetězci. Navrhuje změnu v dojezdových a příjezdových časech na nakládku/vykládku a související úpravu přepravní trasy při přepravě léčiv z centrálního skladu na jednotlivá střediska. Návrh současně počítá se stanovením pravidel pro samotnou nakládku na vozidlo.

Abstract:

This work shows selected parts of the distribution chain in the pharmaceutical company in terms of handling activities important for the transport of susceptible goods. These activities were investigated by brainstorming and evaluated by the PERT method. The work uses a flowchart of activities in order to find all the pitfalls of these successive steps for the overall distribution process. It verifies whether there is a possibility to reduce the number of tasks and thus the total time of the chain to complete tasks. The result of the solution is a proposal for the distribution of a specific logistics chain. The proposal is to adjust the successive steps in the distribution chain. Specifically, it proposes a change in arrival and arrival times for loading / unloading. And the related modification of the transport route. The proposal provides for the establishment of rules for the actual loading onto the vehicle.
