Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "FLASH radioterapie " se zaměřuje na popis, seznámení a vývoj nové, slibně se vyvíjející metodě radioterapie. Teoretická část práce je věnována charakteristice a historii radioterapie její rozdělení a druhům radioterapie. Dále se zde popisuje FLASH radioterapie její historie, mechanismus, přístrojové vybavení, rozdíly mezi radioterapií a FLASH radioterapií a vhodné diagnózy pro léčbu FLASH radioterapií. Dále byly v práci pomocí metodiky scoping review rozděleny a následně zhodnoceny studie týkající se FLASH radioterapie. V závěru práce jsou tyto studie porovnávány a vyhodnocovány s již publikovanými výsledky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis "FLASH radiotherapy" focuses on the description, introduction, and development of a new, promising method of radiotherapy. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics and history of radiotherapy, its types and divisions. Furthermore, the thesis describes FLASH radiotherapy, its history, mechanism, equipment, differences between radiotherapy and FLASH radiotherapy, and suitable diagnoses for FLASH radiotherapy treatment. Additionally, using the scoping review methodology, studies related to FLASH radiotherapy were categorized and evaluated. Finally, these studies were compared and evaluated with the already published results in the conclusion of the thesis.
