Abstract:

Mou bakalářskou prací je autorská kniha. Vyjímaje digitální tisk v profesionálním grafickém studiu vznikala ryze pod mýma rukama. Ilustrace jsou tvořeny grafickými uměleckými technikami, s nimiž je má tvorba hluboce spjata. Jde o kombinaci suché jehly s monotypem. Práce se dále sestává z autorské povídky nesoucí název RAS. Kniha je pro svůj obsah, především pro ten literární, určena dospělému čtenáři. Příběh je intimní zpovědí muže jménem Heinrich, kterého živí práce pohodného, díky níž má špatnou pověst. Povídka o lásce, jež má mnoho podob, smrti, přátelství Zemité ilustrace, hravá typografie, minimalisticky řešená grafická úprava, syrová vazba, komorní formát knihy i její přebal citlivě reagují na obsah lyrické prózy.

Abstract:

My bachelor's thesis is an author's book. With the exception of digital printing in a combination of professional graphic studio, it was created entirely under my hands. The illustrations are created using graphic art techniques with which my work is deeply connected. It is a combination of drypoint technique and monotype. The work also consists of an original short story entitled RAS. The book is intended for adult readers because of its content, especially the literary content. The story is an intimate confession of a man named Heinrich, who makes his living as a dogcatcher, which gives him a bad reputation. A story about love that takes many forms, death, friendship... The earthy illustrations, playful typography, minimalist graphic design, raw binding, intimate format of the book and its cover sensitively respond to the content of the lyrical prose.
