Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Leidenské mutace v porodnictví, jejím vlivem na těhotenství, porod a následné šestinedělí. Zaměřuje se na tromboembolické mutace z všeobecného hlediska. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány principy hemokoagulace a koagulační kaskády. The thesis focuses on the issue of Factor V Leiden mutation in obstetrics and on its impact on pregnancy, childbirth, and subsequent puerperium. The theoretical part deals with thromboembolic mutations in general. Furthermore, the theoretical part describes the principles of hemocoagulation and the coagulation cascade.
