Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací tříprstého mechanického koncového efektoru. Cílem je vytvořit efektor, který je možné řídit pomocí externího zařízení. Nejprve byla provedena rešerše koncových efektorů a konstrukčních prvků, které jsou aplikovány v konstrukci. Poté je práce soustředěna na vývoj obou konstrukcí v 3D programu a následné zhotovení pomocí 3D tisku. Pro obě konstrukce je realizována programová výbava, výrobní dokumentace a uživatelský manuál. Cílem práce je nabytí zkušeností v oblasti návrhu a realizace koncových efektorů a řídicích systémů.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the design and implementation of a three-finger mechanical end effector. The aim is to create an effector that can be controlled by an external device. Firstly, a research of end-effectors and the design elements that are applied in the design has been carried out. Then the work is focused on the development of both designs in a 3D program and the subsequent fabrication using 3D printing. The software, manufacturing documentation and user manual are implemented for both designs. The aim of the work is to gain experience in the design and implementation of end effectors and control systems.
