Bakalářská práce se zabývá cíli, chováním a činností odborů v české ekonomice. Detailněji se zaměřuje na šest odborových organizací ve východních Čechách. This bachelor thesis deals with the goals, behaviour and activities of trade unions in the Czech economy. It focuses in detail on six trade unions in Eastern Bohemia.
