Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na expanzi zahraničních trhů, hlavní typy, nejdůležitější a společné aspekty a otázky k němu. Hlavním cílem této práce je studium základních témat spojenych s expanzí, která pomáhají nastavit čtečku správné otázky a odpovědi na ně, zatímco jde globálně. Práce je rozdělena na teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část vysvětluje důvody, způsoby a strategický plán nezbytné pro úspěšné rozšíření. V praktické části jsem se soustředila na lotyšské společnosti vstupující na čínský mléčný trh, popisující důvody, způsob vstupu, krátkodobé a dlouhodobé plány veřejně dostupné společnosti a samotného trhu. Dále jsem provedla analýzu společnosti a trhu pomocí interních a externí zdroje dat a použitá kvantitativní metoda. Po shrnouti a analyze shromážděné informace, zdůrazňuji silné a slabé místa stávající expanze a bodu které omezují rozhodnutí společnosti, která vedla k úspěchu.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on foreign markets expansions, its main types and most important and common aspects and questions connected to it. The main goal of this thesis is studying of basic topics connected to expansion, to help setting the reader right questions and answers to them, while going global. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part explains reasons, ways and strategic plan necessary for successful expansion. In practical part I focused on Latvian company entering Chinese dairy market, describing the reasons, the way of entry, short-term and long-term plans of the company publicly available and market itself. Further I do analysis of the company and the market by using internal and external data sources, and quantitative method used. After summarizing and analysing collected information, I highlight strength and weak places of the existing expansion and point out curtail decisions made by the company that leaded to success.
