Úkolem bakalářské práce bylo shrnout dostupné informace o ω-3 a ω-6 mastných kyselinách. Tyto se vyskytují převážně v mořských rybách, tucích a olejích. V naší stravě by měly být obsaženy v dostatečné míře a v určitém poměru. Pokud tomu tak není, je možné zakoupit doplňky stravy s těmito kyselinami. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to summarize available information about ω-3 and ω-6 fatty acids. They are mostly occured in see fishes, fats and oils. They should be contained in our food in a sufficient measure and in the rigt ratio. If this is not happened it is be possible to buy the supplements containing those fatty acids.
