Psychology in Hotel Management and Leadership.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the psychology of hotel management and management. In our work, we take into account the personality of the manager and the temperament of the personality. From the point of view of personality temperament, the work shows how the manager's temperament affects the manager's personality and affects the management and management of hotels. Within the psychology of management and leadership, we also take into account the management tool, which is the employees. The aim of the work was to show the importance of dealing with psychology not only in the hotel environment, but also in general in the management and leadership of various companies where psychology can be used. Psychology is a tool for improving the working environment and simplifying leadership and management. At the same time, it points to deficiencies in management and moral professional relationships. In the first part, we will focus on the theoretical part and definitions of terms that will simplify the next steps of the work. In the theoretical part of the work, we discuss not only psychology, leadership and management, but also an important part of leadership, which is the personal side. In the following second analytical part. We describe the hotel environment in the Prague area. We obtained general information about accommodation facilities from the Czech Statistical Office. Based on this data, we evaluated basic information and the impact of the corona virus on the hotel industry. Subsequently, we evaluated a questionnaire survey focused on the psychology of queuing and hotel management. The questionnaire investigation deals with three levels focused on the company, managers and employees. After the obtained data, we evaluated the questionnaire survey. In the next third part of the design, we used the data from the analytical part. On the basis of the processed data, we proposed proposals for improving the psychologies of hotel management and management.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na psychológiu riadenia a vedenia hotelov. V práci zohľadňujeme osobnosť manažéra a temperament osobnosti. Z hľadiska temperamentu osobnosti poukazuje práca, ako temperament manažéra ovplyvňuje osobnosť manažéra a ovplyvňuje riadenie a vedenie hotelov. V rámci psychológie riadenia a vedenia zohľadňujeme aj nástroj riadenia, ktorí sú zamestnanci. Cieľom práce bolo poukázať aká je dôležitosť sa zaoberať psychológiou nie len v hotelovom prostredí, ale aj všeobecne v riadení a vedených rôznych spoločností, kde sa dá využiť psychológia. Psychológia je nástroj na zlepšenie pracovného prostredia a zjednodušenie vedenia a riadenia. Zároveň poukazuje na nedostatky v riadení a morálnych profesionálnych vzťahoch. V prvej časti sa budeme venovať teoretickej časti a vymedzených pojmov, ktoré nám zjednodušia ďalšie kroky práce. V teoretickej časti práce rozoberáme nie len psychológiu, vedenie a riadenie, ale aj dôležitú časť vedenia, a to je osobná stránka. V nasledujúcej druhej časti analytickej. Popisujeme hotelové prostredie v oblasti Prahy. Všeobecné informácie o ubytovacieho zariadenia sme čerpali z českého štatistického úradu. Na základe týchto dát sme vyhodnocovali základné informácie a dopadu koróna vírusu na hotelierstvo. Následne sme vyhodnocovali dotazníkové šetrenie zamerané na psychológiu radenia a vedenia hotelov. Dotazníkové šetrenie sa zaoberá tromi úrovňami zamerané na podnik, manažérov a zamestnancov. Po získaných dátach sme dotazníkové šetrenie vyhodnotili. V ďalšej tretej časti návrhovej sme využili dáta z analytickej časti. Na základe spracovaných dát sme navrhli návrhy na zlepšenie psychológií vedenia a riadenia hotelov.
