Managerial skills and their implementation in a practice of manager

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou manažerské dovednosti a jejich využívání v praxi manažera. Teoretická část práce vychází ze studia odborné literatury na toto téma. Je zaměřena na identifikaci úlohy manažera obecně, manažerské role, kompetence manažera a především dovednosti manažera. Závěr teoretické části se pak věnuje specifikům hotelnictví a jejich vlivu na dovednosti manažera hotelu. Praktická část práce navazuje dotazníkovým šetřením mezi manažery hotelů, jehož pomocí zjišťuje, jaké manažerské dovednosti považují pro svoji práci za klíčové. Závěr práce shrnuje získané informace a navrhuje možná doporučení pro manažery hotelů.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis are the managerial skills and their use in practice manager. The theoretical part is based on a study of the literature on this topic. It is aimed at identifying the role of the manager in general, managerial role, competence manager and especially the skills of the manager. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the specifics of hotel trade and their impact on the skills manager of the hotel. The practical part continues by questionnaire survey among managers of hotels, which investigates the managerial skills which are considered as crucial for their work. The conclusion summarizes the received information and proposes some possible recommendations to managers of the hotels.
