Abstract:
Rigorózní práce je zaměřena na problematiku státu a práva ve starověké Indii podle Kautiljovy Arthašástry. Práce analyzuje jednotlivé právní instituty vnitrostátního veřejného i soukromého práva a dále instituty práva mezinárodního.
Abstract:
The Advanced Master’s thesis is focused on problems of a state and law in ancient India according to Arthashastra by Kautilya. The thesis analyzes individual legal institutes of national public and private laws and also institutes of international law.
