Entry and staying of foreigners in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Úvodem práce seznamuji s platnou legislativou, jež upravuje vstup a pobyt cizinců na území ČR. Současně s tímto se snažím nastínit praktické zkušenosti s touto problematikou a tím ukázat jaké způsoby může využít cizinec, pokud chce vstoupit a pobývat na území ČR, resp. schengenského prostoru. V praktické části této práce jsem se snažil věnovat otázce, zda má vliv vstup do schengenského prostoru na počet cizinců. Na případu neoprávněně pobývajícího cizince se snažím ukázat možnost jeho správního vyhoštění. V závěru upozorňuji na rozsáhlost celé problematiky, jež zasahuje do více oblastí, avšak z důvodu rozsáhlosti nebylo možno všechny oblasti podrobněji začlenit do této práce.

Abstract:

In the preface this work I apprise of a valid legislation, which regulates the entry and residence of foreigners in the territory of the Czech Republic. Simultaneously with this I try outlining practical experience with this issue and thus show what ways can take advantage of an alien to enter and reside in the territory of the Czech Republic or the Schengen area. The practical part of this work I was trying to attention that affects entry into the Schengen area on the number of foreigners. The case may be unlawfully resident foreigners I try to show the possibility of its administrative expulsion. In conclusion I warn on the extent the whole issue, which extends to more than one sphere, but all spheres could not be included into the work for their extensiveness.
