Abstract:
Teoretickou část bakalářské práce tvoří literární rešerše studií, které se zabývají látkami způsobujícími endokrinní disrupci - endokrinní disruptory, a mechanismy jejich účinku. Zmíněny jsou i nové poznatky ohledně nežádoucích účinků TCDD na obyvatelstvo po havárii v Sevesu, účinky defoliantu Agent Orange, a také kauza otravy ukrajinského exprezidenta Viktora Juščenka. Abstract:
The theoretical part of the thesis is a literature review of studies which is dealing with substances that cause endocrine disruption – endocrine disruptors and their mechanism of effect. Mentioned are new knowledge in the negative effects of TCDD on the population after the accident in Seveso, the effects of Agent Orange defoliant and cause of poisoning ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko.
