Abstract:
Má diplomová práce pojednává o nedbalosti v trestním právu. Nejvíce pozornosti jsem věnovala trestnímu právu a pojmům, které s ním úzce souvisí. Jedná se především o trestní řízení, trestný čin a skutkovou podstatu. Dále jsem svou pozornost věnovala rozdílu mezi nedbalostí a úmyslem a jejich následným popisem. Abstract:
The negative form is that the perpetrator thinks that his actions fulfill the signs of a crime, even if this is not the case. An example could be a case where an offender shoots his neighbor for hate reasons, but has no idea that during the shooting, the neighbor also wanted to kill him for owing him money.
