Práce se zaměřuje na vzdělávání zaměstnanců v C.S.CARGO a.s. Konkrétně na vzdělávání řidičů v jičínské pobočce této společnosti. V první kapitole je teoreticky vymezeno vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Ve druhé kapitole je provedena analýza současného stavu v oblasti vzdělávání zaměstnanců C.S.CARGO a.s. The work focuses on the employee education in the joint-stock company C.S.CARGO a.s. Specifically, the education of drivers in the branch which is located in Jičín.
