Analysis and rationalisation of assembly line workplaces with the help of MTM method

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na MTM analýzu pracoviště montáže kabiny vysokozdvižného vozíku. Výstup z této analýzy je dále porovnáván s interními normovanými časy a časem skutečným, který je naměřen v podniku. Pro zlepšení jsou zde také zahrnuty návrhy, které pomohou podniku s odstraněním zbytečných pohybů a zjednoduší pracovníkovi jeho práci.

Abstract:

This thesis focus on MTM analysis of the forklift cab assembly workplace. The output of this analysis is further compared with the internal standardized times and the actual time, which is measured in the company. For improvement, there are also suggestions that will help the company eliminate unnecessary movements and simplify the employee's work.
