Determination of opiates in biological samples
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením opiátů ve vzorcích biologického původu. Jedná se o vzorky jako plazma, moč, vlasy, sliny a netradiční matrice. Je popsána charakteristika jednotlivých opiových alkaloidů a jejich vliv na lidský organismus. Cílem této práce je shrnutí analytických metod použitých při stanovení.
Abstract:
This work deals with the determination of opiates in samples of biological origin. These are samples as plasma, urine, hair, saliva and unconventional matrix. It describes the characteristics of the various opium alkaloids and their effects on the human body. The aim of this work is the summary of the analytical methods used in the determination.
