Re-evaluation of the agricultural land in the South-Moravian region

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení současného a původního stavu bonitovaných půdně-ekologických jednotek (BPEJ), které vychází z výsledků primární bonitace (r. 1976) a závěrů její aktualizace (r. 2019). Formou literární rešerše je popsáno jak hodnocení půd na našem území, tak i stručně charakterizován oceňovací systém půd v Evropě a USA. Dále je definován kód BPEJ, který je klíčový k hodnocení zemědělských půd v České republice, a v této práci je charakterizována z hlediska účelu, využití, struktury i legislativy. Teoretická pasáž je pak zakončena popisem rebonitace včetně závazného postupu provádění. Těžiště celé práce nese část praktická, ve které je problematika řešena konkrétně pro katastrální území Vilémovice u Macochy, a to ve dvou částech. Srovnání výchozího a nového stavu je nejprve podloženo mapovými výstupy, které byly vyhotoveny v softwaru ArcGIS a další část je zpracována na základě planimetrážních listů.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the current and original state of evaluated soil-ecological unit (ESEU), which is based on the results of the primary rating (in 1976) and the conclusions of its update (in 2019). The literature review aims to describe the principles of soil evaluation in the Czech territory, and also to provide a brief characterization of soil evaluation systems used in remaining parts of Europe and the USA. As the concept of ESEU is the key to evaluation of agricultural soils in the Czech Republic, it is defined here in terms of purpose, use, structure, and legisla-tion. The theoretical part then ends with a description of rebonitation, including the binding procedure of implementation. The focal point of the whole work is the practi-cal part, in which the issue is addressed specifically for the cadastral area of Vilémovice u Macochy. In two separate parts, the comparison of the initial and new state is first supported by the map outputs that were made in ArcGIS software and the next part is processed on the basis of planimetry sheets.
