Control of a hotel technical devices - Intelligent Hotel

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá systémy inteligentních budov, zejména sběrnicí KNX. Dále popisuje způsob propojení sběrnicových systémů a jednotek PLC. Výsledkem diplomové práce je návrh a ukázková realizace řízení technologií v hotelu či jiné veřejné budově. Díky využití tohoto systému je možno kontrolovat, řídit a dohlížet na chod celého objektu a to buď místně, nebo přes internet. Další možností inteligentního objektu je podávat informace obsluze v případě krizové situace (např. porucha, požár, záplava).

Abstract:

Diploma work deals with intelligent building systems, especially with the KNX bus applied in a hotel building facilities. In addition, it describes way of bus systems installation and PLC units application and programming. The main result of this diploma work is to be considered the design of application of control technologies in hotel or similar public building, as pilot sample form. By using this system, it is possible to control, manage and supervise the performance of the whole building either locally or via the internet. Additional possibility of intelligent solution in such a facility is to provide the service utilities the information about alarm states of the specific important part of the controlled system , in case of critical exceeding of preset values (etc. failure, fire, water flood).
