Diplomová práce se zabývá islámským právem a islámskou právní kulturou. Práce začíná vysvětlením podmínek a příčin formování samotného islámu a stručnou charakteristikou tohoto právního systému. Thesis deals with Islamic law and Islamic legal culture. The work begins with an explanation of the formation conditions of Islam itself and brief characteristics of the legal system. It´s gradually interpreted the issue of religious obligations, sources of law, interpretation in Islamic legal culture and the existence of the most important legal schools.
