Tato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou kogentnosti a dispozitivnosti právní úpravy obchodních korporací a jejich právním statusem. Na začátku práce je rozebrána povaha ustanovení § 1 odst. 2 občanského zákoníku, jehož účelem má být vymezení kogentních právních norem. Abstract:
This diploma thesis examines cogency and dispositive regulation of business corporations and their legal status. At the beginning of thesis author discusses the nature of § 1 par. 2 of the Civil Code, which is aimed at definition of mandatory legal norms.
