Souhrn: Práce podává stručný a ucelený přehled o metabolismu vápníku ( Ca2+), fosforu (P), parathormonu (PTH) a vitamínu D. Dále popisuje vliv poruch vápníkovo-fosfátového metabolismu na vznik renálních osteopatií u dialyzovaných pacientů a možnosti jejich léčby. Summary: The aim of this work is to give an essential and compact knowledge about calcium, phosphorus, parathyroid hormon and vitamin D metabolism. It also decribes the failure of calcium-phosphate metabolism and its influence on the development of renal osteopathy in dialysis patiens and their treatment options.
