Evaluation of economic facts related to the establishment of a company in condition of Czech agribusiness

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce vyhodnocuje náročnost podnikatelského záměru na založení agroturistické farmy mladou absolventkou Mendelovy univerzity. Z dostupných informačních zdrojů je v teoretické části vypracován literární přehled. V praktické části již popisuje konkrétní farmu, která bude sídlit v Moravskoslezských Beskydech. Nebude zaměřena na konkrétní druh zvířete, ale nabídne množství zvířat různých druhů a plemen, čehož bude využívat při agroturistice. Návštěvníkům zprostředkuje kontakt se zvířaty a nabídne jim mnoho aktivit spojených s farmou. V rámci práce jsou popsány jednotlivé činnosti podnikání, jako je farmaření, hostinství a ubytování. Dále je výčet aktivit, které farma nabídne zákazníkům a hostům. Důležitou součástí je také analýza konkurence a trhu a strategie podnikání. V závěru je doplněna o finanční plán. K hodnocení podnikatelského záměru je použita SWOT analýza. Na základě zjištěných informací lze považovat podnikatelský plán za realizovatelný.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis evaluates difficulty of business plan of establishment of agritourism farm by young graduate of Mendel University. In theoretical part there is a literary review which is created from available informational sources. In practical part there is a description of farm, which will be located in Moravian-Silesian Beskids. The farm will not be focused on concrete species, but it will offer a lot of animals of different species and breeds. This is a big advantage for agritourism. Agritourism enables contact with the animals and it will offer a lot of activities in connection with the farm. Bachelor thesis describes parts of business, like farming, hospitality and accommodation. In the thesis you can also find activities for customers and guests. An important part is analysis of competitors and market and strategy of business. Last, but not least bachelor thesis contains financial plan. A SWOT analysis is used for evaluation of business plan. Based on the findings it could be considered business plan as feasible.
