Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá smlouvami, které jsou uzavírány adhezním způsobem. Zaměřuje se na použití tohoto druhu smluv v praxi a na ochranu spotřebitele. Součástí práce je také komparace staré a nové právní úpravy institutu adhezních smluv.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with contracts which are concluded as take-it-or-leave-it contracts. This work is focus on using this type of contracts in practice and consumer protection. The part of this work is comparison of old and new legislation of Adhesion Contracts institute.
