Administrative Offenses of Juvenile Offenders

Abstract:

Cílem této práce na téma „Správní delikty mladistvých pachatelů“ je zhodnocení aktuální úpravy správního práva, která je zaměřená na trestání mladistvých pachatelů. Z důvodu užší právní úpravy jsou některé části srovnané s trestní úpravou. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi částí. První část je zaměřena na vývoj správního práva u nás. V druhé části najdeme právní úpravu tohoto práva a od části třetí se už zaměřuji právě na věkový rozdíl a na sankce za jednotlivé přestupky. Pátá a šestá část nám ukazuje pohled psychologie na tuto tématiku a porovnání se zahraničím. Poslední část práce představuje správní delikty z pohledu skutečnosti.

Abstract:

The purpose of this thesis called „Administrative offences of Juvenile Offenders“ is to evaluace the current modifications of administrative law that is aimed at punishing juvenile offenders. Due to narrowes legislativ, some parts are aligned with the criminal law. The thesis is dividend into seven parts. The first part focuses on a development of the administrative law in the Czech Republic. The sekond part contains the legislative formo f the night and there is the age diference of the offenders and the penalties for variol offences described in the third and fourth part. The following two parts show us the psychology point of view of this topic and comparison within other countries. The last part includes administrative offenses from the perspective of reality.
