Smart wine region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Chytrý vinařský region je orientována na Českou republiku, konkrétně na jižní Moravu. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapování stávajícího stavu implementace konceptu „smart“ ve vinařském regionu na jižní Moravě a jaké jsou očekávané přínosy do budoucnosti. Pomocí literární rešerše jsem do teoretické části koncept chytrého vinařského regionu komplexně zmapovala. Informace do diplomové práce byly získávány z veřejně dostupných materiálů, jak v tištěné, tak i v elektronické podobě. Hlavní informace do praktické části byly získány především z řízených rozhovorů, které proběhly jak s akademickou sférou, tak s vinaři a zástupci samospráv na jižní Moravě.

Abstract:

The thesis on the topic of the Smart wine region is focused on the Czech Republic, specifically on South Moravia. The main goal of this work is to map the current state of implementation of the smart concept in the wine region in South Moravia and what are the expectations for the future. With the help of literary research, I comprehensively mapped the concept of smart wine region to the theoretical part. Information for the thesis was obtained from public available materials in printed and electronic form. The main information for the practical part was ob-tained mainly from controlled interviews which were with the academic sphere and with winemakers and self-government in South Moravia.
