Design of mHealth Application for eRecept Management

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem prototypu aplikace rozšiřující současné využití elektronického receptu pro uživatele. Samotnému návrhu předcházel kvalitativní výzkum v podobě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s odborníky z řad lékařů a lékárníků, jehož výstupem byly jednotlivé funkční požadavky na navrhovaný prototyp. Z provedeného výzkumu vyplývá, že existující aplikace nejsou příliš známe, jak mezi odborníky, tak pacienty. Jsou ale vnímány jako nástroje s potenciálem zlepšit compliance nebo návaznost léčby. Výstupem práce je navržený high fidelity prototyp uživatelského rozhraní implementující definované funkce. Tento prototyp by měl sloužit například jako podklad pro tvorbu aplikace podporující eRecept či úpravě již existujících aplikací.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a prototype application extending the current use of electronic prescription for users. The design itself was preceded by qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with experts from the ranks of doctors and pharmacists, the output of which was the individual functional requirements for the proposed prototype. The research shows that existing applications are not well known, both among professionals and patients. However, they are perceived as tools with the potential to improve compliance or continuity of treatment. The output of the work is a designed high fidelity prototype user interface implementing defined functions. This prototype should serve, for example, as a basis for creating an application that supports eRecept, or modifying existing applications.
