Abstract:

Od poloviny 80. let 20. století se ve Spojených státech objevilo a nabralo na síle koncept rozmanitosti jako koncept. Nyní v 21. století, se zlepšením vzájemné závislosti světové ekonomiky, jsou podniky stále více inkluzivní při náboru talentů. Organizační struktura talentů v podnicích také postupně prezentuje vývojový trend rozmanitosti. Tomuto problému řízení rozmanitosti a řízení lidských zdrojů byla věnována značná pozornost. Rozmanitost se odráží v pohlaví, jazyce, etnickém původu, vzdělání a dalších faktorech. Tento jev je zvláště prominentní v nadnárodních podnicích. Proto tento článek vezme řízení rozmanitosti a řízení lidských zdrojů jako výzkumný objekt, analyzuje význam a výzvy, které jejich implementace přináší pro podniky, a poskytne autorovi vlastní relevantní analýzu a řešení.

Abstract:

Since the mid-1980s, diversity management as a concept has emerged and gained momentum in the United States. Now in the 21st century, with the improvement of the interdependence of the world economy, enterprises are more and more inclusive in recruiting talents. The organizational structure of talents in enterprises also gradually presents the development trend of diversity. This issue of diversity management and human resource management has received considerable attention. Diversity is reflected in gender, language, ethnicity, educational background, and other factors. This phenomenon is particularly prominent in multinational enterprises. Therefore, this paper will take diversity management and human resource management as the research object, analyse the significance and challenges brought by the implementation of the two for enterprises, and give the author's own relevant analysis and solutions.
