Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje managementu kvality a bezpečí v práci radiologického asistenta v radiodiagnostice. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá bezpečnou péčí, technickými parametry přístrojů využívající ionizující záření, radiologickými standardy, odbornou způsobilostí a vzděláváním pracovníků. Cílem teoretické části je uvedení čtenářů do této problematiky a vymezení bezpečné péče při skiagrafickém vyšetření. Praktická část je věnována průzkumnému šetření pacientů a pracovníků na oddělení radiodiagnostiky, založeném na dotaznících a následné analýze dat. Cílem praktické části je zhodnocení nastavení bezpečí a kvality vyšetření na konkrétním oddělení radiodiagnostiky, které je řízeno dle platné legislativy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with quality and safety management in the work of radiology assistant in radiodiagnostics. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with safe care, technical parameters of devices using ionizing radiation, standards for radiological, professional competence and the education of workers. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce readers to this issue and to define safe care during skiagraphy examination. The practical part is devoted to the exploratory survey of patients and staff at the department of radiodiagnostics. This is based on questionnaires and subsequent data analysis. The aim of the practical part is to evaluate the setting of safety and quality of examinations at a specific department of radiodiagnostics, which is managed according to the valid legislation.
