Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím metod atomové absorpční a emisní spektrometrie s ohledem na výuku studentů analytické chemie na PřF Masarykovy univerzity. Obě zmíněné metody byly využity pro stanovení kationtů v minerálních vodách a pro nepřímé stanovení analytů (fosforečnany, Ln(III) ionty). Byly vytvořeny návody pro laboratorní cvičení. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on application of atomic absorption and emission spectrometry in teaching students of analytical chemistry at the Faculty of Science of Masaryk University. Both metods were used for metal ions determination in mineral waters and for indirect determination (phosphates, Ln(III) ions). Manuals for laboratory courses were prepared.
