Abstract:
U pacientů s lehkou a středně těžkou hemofilií A je v 10–30 % případů udávána významná diskrepance mezi stanovením koagulační aktivity faktoru VIII metodou jednofázovou a chromogenní, s jejich vzájemným poměrem menším nebo rovno 0,6 či větším nebo rovno 1,67 nebo s absolutním rozdílem aktivity faktoru VIII 10 % a vyšším. Abstract:
In patients with non-severe hemophilia A, in 10–30 % of cases, a significant discrepancy between the one-stage and chromogenic factor VIII activity assays is reported, with a mutual ratio less than or equal to 0.6 or higher than or equal to 1.67 or with absolute difference of factor VIII activity level 10 % or higher.
