Cílem této diplomové práce je snaha optimalizovat mikročipový elektroforetický separační systém, vytvořený pomocí 3D tisku z kyseliny polymléčné s borosilikátovým mikročipem. Rozměry separačního kanálu byly 50x65 m o délce 65 mm. Detekce byla zprostředkována pomocí laserem indukované fluorescence. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis was the optimization of microchip electrophoretic system, fabricated by 3D printing from polylactic acid with borosilicate glass microchip. The dimensions of separation channel were 50x65 m with lenght 65 mm. The detection was provided using laser induced fluorescence.
