Práce je zaměřena na konsolidovanou účetní závěrku u konkrétní účetní jednotky, která provedla v předchozích účetních obdobích konsolidaci s dceřinými účetními jednotkami. Cílem práce bylo popsat a analyzovat vliv výsledků hospodaření, konsolidačního rozdílu a jeho odpisů a dalších významných položek vybraných dceřiných podniků na okamžik sestavení konsolidované účetní závěrky. Bachelor thesis deals with the consolidation of the financial statements at a specific accounting entity. This entity performed consolidation with subsidiary accountant entities in previous accounting periods.
